Dispatch & Shipping

Orders will be dispatched within 2 days, not including Sunday.
Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days (Inclusive of Dispatch) after receipt of your payment, in most cases much quicker than this.
During busy times, a short delay is possible, e.g Christmas Period.
Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm.
*Please note a working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays.
SHIPPING POLICY
Track Your Parcel
We will provide you with your tracking number for your parcel, this will be added as soon as we receive it.
Tracking Information will be provided when item has been shipped.
Note: For Items Delivered by Courier:
Please ensure you provide a delivery address, where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30a.m and 5.30p.m, Monday to Friday.
if the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody been present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery.
If you do not contact the couriers within 2 day's of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to or Dispatch Depot and re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
Failed Deliveries
We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection, or re-delivery (re-delivery charges apply). If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.
RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept returns provided it is: In the original packaging in new condition after delivery please message me within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
If item is received Faulty or Damaged after delivery please message me within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Please provide photo evidence of any breakages, or item faults. Unwanted Product(s) must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging including instructions & labels.
If item is not wanted - Return Postage is paid by the customer, is non returnable.
I will then contact the Returns Department at the Warehouse. (Open Week days).
I will then contact you to let you know their decision.
Please do not return the product(s) till I have contacted you with details of how to return the product.
