Illegal Migration Numbers Are Unsustainable!

The Labour Government need to rethink their approach to Immigration.

Its time to bring the numbers down. we need to return ALL the Illegal Migrants who came across by boats supplied by the People Smuggler Gangs!

The headline figures released by the Office for National Statistics on 8th October 2024 showed that Britain’s population is growing at its fastest rate on record.

Over the past year, 662,000 people were added to our number.

Our Resident Population of Legal British Citizens has declined and deaths outnumber births since the late 1970s (With the exception of 2020 to 2022 during the Covid19 Outbreaks).

Has been made worse by the Sudden Rise in our population by Illegal Migrants coming across en Masse by Boats supplied by People Smuggling Gangs which has resulted in a Population Explosion has played a large part in creating problems in the following

FACT: Failure of public services

FACT: The high cost of living

FACT: The lack of adequate infrastructure

Fact: Cost of increase in Crime by Illegal Migrants who have committed Crimes in their own countries, doing the same over in the UK (who will have disposed of their I.D so they couldn't be identified)

Fact: Largest Increase in class sizes in a developed country.

Over the last few year's the UK has played host to the largest population explosion of Illegal Migrants, most of these are low-wage migrants in their mid 20's to 40's, which will cost the taxpayer £40,000 a year per Migrant+ and by the time they reach retirement age, all these Illlegal Migrants coming across to the UK will have cost this Country Billions.

The birth rate in the UK has fallen to a new record low, due to the rising cost of housing hitting young families.

Immigration has soared, with many Migrants been linked to Single Men coming across to apply for Asylum then apply for Asylum for Family Members through Family Reunification Routes isone reason for the higher share of men among the Illegal Migrants which cause an even faster rise in the population.

UK Crackdown on Illegal working and migration

There needs to be a proactive move to break the link between cheap labour and illegal Immigrants who have come into to the UK in search of low paid low skilled Jobs for those who wants to work or because they assume that they will be given free benefits

The UK needs to change its "lax" labour laws which are attracting illegal migrants to the UK because they are not strict enough.

Migrants have gone to Calais because it is the nearest and safest route across the Channel between France and the UK as they want to get to the UK because it is easier and safer than in other Countries to be illegal in the UK.

"I think it's time for the British government to change its internal law, to make it harder for illegal migrants to get a job, or a house in the UK, or to live in communities in the UK,"

Return migrants arriving in vessels to their departure point, or the territorial waters they came from

Instead of just going after the People Smuggling Gangs which won't have any real lasting effect on its own.

We also need to start intercepting the Migrants before they get into UK waters and bring them onto a UK Ship to be processed by taking photos and fingerprints of the Migrants so we have proof that they have tried to come across to the UK illegally and then take them back to the beach in France they came from.

'We already have an agreement' with France that they will intercept the boats before the Migrants enter the Sea and won't let them take the Boats into the sea and the French patrolling the Beach make the Boats unusable, thus preventing them from coming across to the UK.

The Conservative Government announced a Bill to end illegal entry as a route to asylum in the UK on 10 March 2023.

The Illegal Migration Act 2023 was passed

The Illegal Migration Bill received royal assent and became law. The bill passed through parliament and became law on 20 July 2023.

On 24 July 2024, the Home Office published regulations to amend provisions of the 'Illegal' Migration Act (IMA), which will allow asylum claims to be processed.

These regulations will also enable people to be granted settlement and British citizenship.

By ending illegal immigration as a route to asylum, stopping the boats and taking back control of our borders the Bill will ensure the UK can better support people coming through fair, safe and legal routes.

The Conservative Prime Minister at the time the Bill was passed and became law, Rishi Sunak argued that his new plan was "designed to break the business model of the criminal gangs and remove the pull factors, bringing them to the Channel coasts".

Under the Illegal Migration Act 2023

The Labour Government needs to do the following:

Anyone found to have entered the UK illegally would not only be removed within 28 days, but also be blocked from returning or claiming British citizenship in future.

The UK Government does not have any active removal agreements with any Countries (bar Albania, unfortunately) and there needs to be more agreements with the Governments' of Countries where Illegal Migrants are coming from to the UK and Other Countries Illegal Migrants have entered illegally.

Mr Sunak argued that his new plan was "designed to break the business model of the criminal gangs and remove the pull factors, bringing them to the Channel coasts".

I think the Illegal Migration Act 2023 could be an effective tool in removing Illegal Migrants as long as it is watertight but the new government needs to look at implementing the above highlighted in red or the Government will be thought of as a soft touch and will become a laughing stock. They need to remove every Illegal Immigrant who has come into this Country via Illegal Means by Boat, Back of lorries etc... They should not even be allowed to apply for Asylum as they came into the Country illegally.

The Government need to totally remove all the pull factors of...

Free housing in Hotels....

And the regular payments they are paying for food etc

Or the Government will be paying the Illegal Migrants to live here in the UK for Free and and feeding them as well as providing other benefits at the expense of The British Tax Payer.

The Labour Government are in effect rewarding the illegal Migrants for breaching the UK Borders. Whereas others who come into this country legally have to pay to come in and need A PASSPORT!

The Government should then also let it be known by sending a message on Social Media that the UK will be returning all Migrants who come across the channel illegally in boats and the Government needs to be more proactive and do something about removing all Illegal Migrants from the UK and returning them to their Countries of Origin via France.

As this will also be in France's best interests to assist each other in removing all Migrants back to their country of origin, as France will then have fewer Migrants and the source of income for the PSG's will reduce a lot as Migrants realise it is pointless to waste money trying to come to the UK.

Migrants who want to come across will see Migrants been returned by Ship to the Ports they came from.

This could act as a deterrent to any Migrants who are thinking of paying large sums of money to come over in a boat as they will realise it is futile to try to come across to be deported/returned within 24/48 hours.

France can assist the UK by making sure all the immigrants who are returned and the Migrants already in France are detained in holding camps and then removed to their Country of origin. Deporting to the Migrant's country of origin would be effective and sensible as no Migrant would want to part with 6000 euros (4,989.69 pounds sterling) or more if they realise that anyone who tries to come over to the UK illegally by boat or lorry or any other means will be Deported within 24/48 hours.

This will also make the People Smuggling Gangs Redundant as they will not have a lucrative Business Model, if the French and possibly other Countries work together to Assist each other to move them back to their Country of Origin, as their will be no Illegal Migrants for the Gangs to smuggle.

The Labour Government should also let it be known that the UK Borders will be closed and patrolled by Border Force and the British Army. And anyone trying to enter the Country illegally will be removed.

As the amount of Migrants coming across to Britain is unsustainable.

So we need to use our UK army to Police the UK Coastline. & Joint Boat Patrols and maritime operations to stop illegals from entering British territory if this is done properly it would work and save the UK Billions in the long run.

Which could be better spent in the long run. e.g. housing those here legally who are waiting years on housing waiting lists. Improving the state of our roads and more.

The financial cost will be astronomical going by, how many continue to come over to the UK. If we don't stop them from getting to the UK.

The Illegal Migrants are going to keep coming from their Country of origin till they find a country who gives them everything at no cost to the Migrants.

Starmers Policies and Promises haven't worked...

As the Illegal Migrants have no proper I.D and we don't know who they are or where they are from...Send them back.
The Government needs to have DETERRENTS need to stop them using our Armed forces and our Border Force.

We have too many FREE Inticements -

Food, Hotels, free lawyers, interpretors, Doctors, Dentists etc & they are given money to live on they don't have to pay back.

The Best Outcome For All Legal Citzens in the The UK And Every Country Migrants Have Entered illegally Would be to

Round every Migrant up in every Country the Migrants have entered illegally.
Just place them in a Reception Centre where they can't leave at the edge of a Beach with the Army present - Boots on the ground as a deterrent in case of any trouble.
Make sure that a Photo's Fingerprints & DNA have been taken to prove ID etc with reference numbers attached as proof of their Illegal Entry, & inform the Migrants they will be blocked from returning or claiming British citizenship in future and place them on a National/International Database.
All Migrants should then be placed on a Ship and taken straight back to their country of Origin.

'Britain already has an agreement' with France for them to stop the Migrants on French soil.

We need to make use of this and implement the law which was passed (see the link at the end

for information on the Illegal Migration Act 2023 became law on 20 July 2023).

Also throwing money at the Illegal Migrant problem won't work unless every Country who is having problems with Illegal Migrants is singing from the same hymn sheet and works together effectively to return all migrants who have entered a country illegally.

So all the Countries need to work together and take all the Migrants back using Border Security Command, our Navy etc to return the Migrants to France and process them through reception centres and take them back to their country of origin and let them all know they will be also be blocked from returning or claiming British or any other citizenship in the future.

From any Country, they have entered illegally and if they try to come back they will be arrested and be deported as no Country can afford to continue with the amount of Migrants entering Countries in the EU or coming across to Britain as Migrants coming into any Country en masse is unsustainable.

Using Drones won't have any real effect on reducing the number of Migrants and it won't have any real lasting effect on catching the People Smuggling Gang's as they will just go to ground and more will take their place. They will also be shot down by the People Smuggling Gangs/Migrants.

Also Starmer said he plans to send crack agents to the continent to track down the evil PSG's.
But as he will have to renegotiate Brexit before he can send any agents onto the continent, before he can even start to "Smash The Gangs" as he will have to do a deal with Macron and the EU to allow our people onto the continent this makes the idea a possible no go.
The Labour Government thinks that it will make a difference if they keep increasing resources and adding extra staff and/or other tried and tested ways other countries have already tried which haven't worked.
Millions have already been spent on the Rwanda's Plan (which never got of the ground and wouldn't have coped with the spiralling numbers of Migrants that are already here and continuing to come across in boats nearly every single day.
The Government also tried the Bibby Stockholm and various other alternative accommodation ideas including putting up Migrants in Hotels etc...
Policies the Government keep going on about... Smash the Gangs etc Have All been tested by other Countries and they have shown no viable results.

Which has cost the British Legal Citizen and will continue to cost the British Tax Payer Billions in addition to all the other costs to keep even 1 Migrant

Also once Migrants get to our shores (Or Asylum Seekers they would become when they get to UK shores). They would cost £40,000 a year per Migrant+.

Cost the UK Tax Payer

£40,000 per year per Migrant times by number who came across in 10 days (31.10.24 to 10.11.2024 inc) = £ £96,160,000 a year just to house 2,404 migrant's for a year.

£40,000 (1 Migrant ), X 2404 Migrants over 10 Days = £96,160,000 For 1 Year.

People Smuggling Gangs

This is a transitional phenomenon- The Gangs are nimble, agile, evasive... You can make things difficult for them but, you can't smash them.

To get rid of them, you need to remove the reason they are operating - Detain, deport All, the Illegal Migrants. No Migrants, No Easy Money for the People Smuggling Gangs.

This is the only way to stop them.

The Border Security Commander said From Day1

He can go find the Gangs, but this won't stop the crisis. You need to deter the Migrants.

British Citizens are starting to think the Labour Government has no intention of doing anything about Illegal Immigration

The British Citizens are starting to believe that the Labour Government has an agenda concerning the Migrants coming across to the UK. They believe they have no intention of doing anything to stop them from coming over to the UK. not deporting Migrants and are just secretly FAST Tracking them throught Asylum so they can increase the UK Work Force, but this Country doesn't need Low Skilled Workers they need High Skilled Qualified Workers.

That they are doing only the bare minimum to look like they are actively trying to stop Illegal Migrants.
They are going to rely on the EU and other Countries within the EU to do the dirty work and not be Proactive by working together to return ALL Migrants and not give them Asylum as they illegally entered the UK and other EU Countries
They are also hoping the numbers decline over time due to Bad Weather Conditions.

British Citizens are starting to think that the Government, secretly just don't want to Deport anyone who is coming across from France illegally in Boats and is secretly just putting everyone through Asylum they are Housing in Hotels etc and letting anyone stay without proper checks which means that this will cause all the problems with the Economy etc stated in this Blog.

The British Citizens are starting to believe that the Labour Government has an agenda concerning the Migrants coming across to the UK. They believe they have no intention of doing anything to stop them coming over to the UK.
That they are doing only the bare minimum.

The Government are also hoping the numbers will decline over time due to Weather Conditions getting worse.

Labour needs to listen to the British People whose lives are been affected by all these illegal migrants coming across to the UK.

As it is causing the British People to feel unsafe in their own Country of Birth and will continue to do so if the unsustainable influx of of illegal migrants coming across who have no legal form of identification on them when they come over to the UK and with a high possibility that they will obtain I.D here illegally when they come onto British Shores if they are not stopped from crossing into UK waters.

The Drug dealers and Criminals will also be able to come across at the same time as all the other freeloaders on the Boats from France and not register at a Reception Centre or the Home Office for Asylum as they will just disappear and not be traceable as they have no Legal Identification on them and don't speak English.

We should remove all the incentives from the illegal migrants who have already come over to the UK by boat or they will let other migrants who want to come over to the UK know on the internet chat rooms what they will be given for free.

There will be an illegal Market in Fake I.Ds e.g driving licences etc so they have I.D.

This will make it even more difficult to keep track of Migrants that come across to the UK. And these Fake IDs would be used to obtain benefits, housing and possibly more.

Illegal Male Migrants coming across to come into the UK illegally and then apply for their Family Members to come to UK Through Family Reunification Routes

There is also the problem that Illegal Migrants who have come over by boat illegally will apply for Asylum and the Government will just push all the Illegal Migrants that came by Boat through quickly just to get the numbers down so they look like they are achieving their goals of Reducing the numbers waiting for Asylum..

Their is also one reason for the higher share of men among the Illegal Migrants who come across in Boats , in general, is because of the danger associated with irregular migration journeys.

In many cases, female and minor family members join later through family reunification routes.

This will then increase the number of Migrants by up to possibly 5 extra people claiming Asylum per Male Migrant who has come over in the boat just to try and apply for Asylum coming over for economic reasons, or getting a low paid low skilled job and to then apply for housing, but this will place more strain on the NHS, Schools , roads etc

as well as Migrants after a low paid low skilled job, or hoping to find work illegally so they don't have to pay tax as well as Criminals or Migrants bringing drugs over and then disappearing when they get to the UK

Example: if a Male Migrant comes across illegally and they are given Asylum and later apply for their Family Members through Family Reunification Routes then for each Ilegal Migrant who comes across to the UK by Boat who then applies for say up to 5 Family Members that would (See Table Below)...

The Table Below shows Information that if 1 Illegal Male Migrant came over by Boat, and then applied for Asylum for up to 5 Family Members through Family Reunification Routes, if they were allowed Asylum for themselves and their Family Members, this would mean up to 5 extra Migrants would be allowed Asylum in the UK in addition to the Illegal Male Migrant.

All Illegal Migrants who come over to the UK in Boats and then try to apply for Asylum for themselves and their Family Members should be Deported and blocked from returning or claiming British citizenship in future and placed on a National Database

The British people want our borders controlled. Boots On The Ground!

The UK's National Security depends on it. The British Public has had enough now and the hard-pressed taxpayer will be punished over the long term if our borders aren't secured.

As the amount of Migrants coming across to Britain is unsustainable. If allowed to continue will cause severe overpopulation and economic disruption to the UK economy in the long term.

Put An End To Illegal Migration Before They Get Into the UK

The Government should then also let it be known by sending a message on Social Media that the UK will be returning all Migrants who come across the channel illegally in boats.

Or Britain will be overrun with Illegal Migrants that we know nothing about as they throw their ID into the Sea.

Migrants who cannot speak English so they need expensive interpreters so we can understand them.

Also, this will damage the British Economy beyond repair, cause extensive overcrowding in the UK, and add to our already overstretched Health Service, Schools, transport system etc if any more migrants are allowed to come across in Boats Illegally.

We should not allow Illegal Migrants and other countries to dictate to Britain who we should allow to come to the UK, and we should just return all Migrants who have come to this Country by illegal means ....

Starmer is in for a very rude awakening If he doesn't listen to the British Citizens, as they are his Employer as he is paid by the British Citizens.

If the Government can't cope and doesn't send ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS BACK who have come over to UK with Assistance from France to return them to their Country of Origin....which will also benefit France in the long run as well and hopefully.

All the Countries that Illegal Migrants entered illegally can then return to how they were before the Illegal Migrants started to come over in Boats & across borders en masse!

If the Labour Government can't remove all Illegal Migrants,.

Then they need to call a re-election. And let someone who can do the Job serve the UK and its Legal Citizens.
