Undocumented Illegal Immigration By Boat Or Vehicle From France

The Labour Government has tightened the noose on illegal immigration, making it nearly impossible for refugees and undocumented arrivals to obtain British Citizenship

Under The New Home Office Rules anyone who enters the country illegally by boat or hidden in a vehicle - will now be refused Citizenship no matter how long they have been in the UK.

This harsh policy shift set to take effect from 10.02.2025.

There is a huge industry surrounding the welcoming of illegal immigrants; food, shelter & hotels, legal support etc, providing secure jobs with pensions and benefits. Obviously, they will howl that it is unfair as they lose out.

But it is pretty unfair to taxpayers who have seen public services decimated & crime rising disproportionally. We have done our bit, but it would otherwise go on forever until the country's fabric is utterly destroyed. Someone has to be bold as it has now become a gravy train for Migrants to come to the U.K. Also, migrants won't continue to pay the Smugglers thousands to come across in a boat to Reach the U.K.

Immigrants may have the mindset that they can all come to the U.K. but why do the British Citizens have to have the same mindset to House and Finance them in a manner well above the standard of British people who also need a Home and Financial help.. In fact we don;t help the many homeless veterans or other homeless people who have fallen out of luck because of no fault of their own. That situation needs to change.

The Migrants who are in the Country before 10th February 2025 seem to be being fast tracked through the Asylum System and from what I am hearing in the news, their seems to be more Migrants on Benefits.

This will be paid for out of the taxes of the working Citizens.

All Migrants who came over to the U.K. Illegally should be deported without leave to return and fingerprints and photos taken. As the British Citizens can't afford to keep thousands of Migrants on Benefits long term.

We shouldn't have to change our Country to accomodate this Mass Migration.

The Country should be returned to how it was before 2018 and Migrants started to come to Britain Illegally.

We should be Rebuilding Britain for the Legal British Citizens who have paid taxes all their lives and continue to do so.

But the Government will probably continue to fast track Asylum Seekers because they want the easy option if they do that then. Every Asylum seeker should have to agree to fight with the British Army if we go to War and we need extra Soldiers....or be deported without leave to return if they refuse to fight alongside British Soldiers under the British Flag.

In Parliament, the government has said that where people entered or arrived illegally apply for naturalisation on or after 10 February 2025, 'the presumption is that they will be refused… unless there are compelling, mitigating circumstances'. It was also said that 'children will be considered sympathetically.

Those who are coming across for economic reasons, or comitted a crime shouldn't be given Asylum or Citizenship, any that are given Asylum because they have come from a war-torn country should only be given temporary Asylum status and sent home when their Country is safe as they are refugee so are are only seeking refuge.

That should not mean that they can go get a Lawyer and be told ways of how they can bend the rules.

Updated good character requirement for

British Citizenship

The Home Office has recently updated the guidance used to determine if a British citizenship applicant meets the good character requirement 4.

The updated good character requirement applies to anyone applying for British citizenship on or after 10th February 2025 are as follows:

  • Applicants who previously entered the UK illegally will normally be refused. This applies regardless of when the illegal entry took place.

  • Applicants who previously arrived without a required valid entry clearance or electronic travel authorisation, having made a dangerous journey, will normally be refused citizenship.

The Home Office's definition of a ‘dangerous journey’ includes travelling by small boat or being concealed in a vehicle or other conveyance. It does not include arrival as a passenger with a commercial airline or vessel.

This is a significant change in immigration policy that means many refugees who are classed as coming to the UK illegally or having made a dangerous journey will be unable to naturalise as British citizens from 10th February 2025.

The Labour Government Has Tightened The Noose On Illegal Immigration- Making it nearly impossible for refugees and undocumented arrivals to obtain British Citizenship! What is next For Migrants & How Will it affect the future of Immigration Policies

It's not racism to not want them in your country - It protects your culture and heritage.

Where large illegal migrant populations go there is trouble - It is strange how these countries without large illegal migrant populations seem to prosper, Poland is a good example of this - Let's call these non-muslim countries the most peaceful, safe and happy countries.

Whereas the countries with large Muslim numbers go down.

The UK and other European Countries are an example of what Islam does to the Existing Cultural dynamic.

  • Wherever Islam goes, violence and problems follow. As they want us to all change to their laws and their faith?

  • We should not be pressured to change our Country's laws, Faith Flag or anything that is uniquely British and has been for Centuries.

  • Anyone who comes to this Country or is here because their parents came over, even if they were born in the UK, and they try to change the UK for their own ends should be deported back to their Parents' original Country Of Origin.

  • Countries that let Illegal Migrants in risk letting in Migrants who have no I.D. because we don't know who they are or where they came from. Also, Criminals with no I.D. can slip into the Country.

  • They demand that we change our culture and heritage because it offends them, and they expect us to embrace their way of life even though they don't integrate.

Remove all Illegal Migrants from the U.K

What is next for Migrants & How this will it affect the future of Immigration Policies

Remove all migrants who have come across in boats from France.

  • They are currently living in Hotels across the U.K. Free of charge - paid for by the British taxpayer.

  • Search for and arrest all those who went into hiding and are currently hiding in the U.K. doing cash-in-hand jobs. After they were told to leave the U.K. when the Home Office refused their asylum claim.

  • Remove all criminals from the UK permanently. A lot of British people would like hanging to be brought back for the crimes such as Murder, Rape... This would have a positive outcome as none of these criminals should be allowed back on our streets, and we shouldn't have to pay for them in Prison. It would make the streets a lot safer and would free up space in our prisons.

  • We should process migrants at the point of landing, in a purpose-built Reception Centre to house the migrants who come across in boats and process them as they come across from France.

  • Then, transfer the Migrants to a holding unit like the French have erected.

  • When the holding unit reaches its maximum capacity, the migrants can be transferred to a military plane and taken back to their country of origin.

  • If a migrant has no ID and won't disclose their true country of origin & age, we should have the right to keep them in an isolated holding cell till we find out their legal country of origin and age. This would be safer for our Children as Asylum seekers wouldn't be placed with Children in School when they say they are 14 years old but are really 27 years old.

This harsh policy shift set to take effect from 10.02.2025, has sparked outrage among human rights group, politicians and right-wing advocates.

But what does this mean for thousands of refugees already in the UK?

A Permanent Ban On Refugees

Previously any undocumented migrants had to wait ten years before applying for Citizenship, now the Home Office has shut the door.

The Politics Behind The Crackdown

The U.K. Government argues that this clarification strengthens existing laws and sends a strong message to those considering illegal entry.

Labour MP Stella Creasy - Critized the move warning that it would create a permanent underclass of stateless individuals.

Refugee Charities - Argue that it contradicts the U.K.'s commitment to humanitarian protections.

The Impact on Indian Migrants & Other Nationalities

In 2023... 1,194 Indian Nationals crossed the English Channel illegally making up 4.1% of small boat arrivals.

(Many used Donkey Flights "Travelled through Schengen Countries before attempting to cross into the U.K. Others hid in Lorries risking their lives for a better future.

With Citizenship off the table, migrants could face mass deportation even after years of residence.

(Traveling through the Schengen area is like travelling within a single country, without having to pass through border controls. The Schengen area is a group of European countries that have agreed to allow free movement between them)

Many are not from the poorest backgrounds but lack access to legal visa's due to education. English proficiency and travel restrictions.

Despite the dangers migrants continue to pay the Smugglers up to £79,000(R'S 80 lakh) to Reach the U.K.

Why Do Migrants Risk Everything

To Enter The U.K.

Key reasons why migrants might risk entering the UK

  • Seeking asylum:

People fleeing war, political oppression, or religious persecution often see the UK as a safe haven to claim asylum and escape danger.

  • Family ties:

Migrants may have family members already living in the UK, providing a support network and motivation to join them.

  • Economic opportunities:

Some migrants may be driven by the prospect of employment opportunities and higher standards of living in the UK compared to their home country.

If they have come to work or to be near Family they should be Self Funding and already have a Legal Job arranged with a Registered Employer and a work Visa.

  • Language familiarity:

Know the English Language as this will make it easier to navigate life in the UK, including accessing services and seeking asylum.

  • Reputation of the UK system:

Though complex, some migrants may perceive the UK's asylum system as relatively fair compared to other countries.

However, it's important to consider the risks involved:

  • Dangerous journeys:

Crossing borders illegally can be extremely dangerous, involving perilous travel by sea, land, or through organized smuggling networks.

  • Deportation and detention:

If caught entering the UK illegally, migrants face the risk of being detained, deported back to their home country, and potentially facing legal repercussions.

  • Exploitation by smugglers:

People smugglers may take advantage of desperate migrants, charging high fees and putting them at risk of abuse. Migrants risk everything to enter the UK primarily because they are fleeing dangerous situations in their home countries, such as war, persecution, extreme poverty, or lack of basic human rights, and see the UK as a place offering potential safety, stability, and better opportunities, even if it means undertaking perilous journeys to reach it; often driven by factors like family ties in the UK, familiarity with the language, or a perception of a more generous asylum system compared to other destinations.

  Uncertainty of outcome:

Even if they reach the UK, migrants may face a long and complex asylum process with no guarantee of success.

Rising Tide Of Deportations & Raids

  • The U.K. has dramatically escalated immigration enforcement

  • Raiding Restaurants

  • Car Washes And Work Places.

Arrests were made across the U.K.

January 2025 609 in 828 premises Employers were fined up to £60,000 per illegal worker.

Seven Indian Nationals were arrested at a Restaurant in Humberside.

The British Dream is fading for many thousands of undocumented migrants the U.K. is no longer the land of opportunity.

  • Citizenship is out of reach now

  • Mass deportations are looming and legal pathways are shrinking.

  • The Risks of Illegal Migration have never been higher.

Has London and Our Inner Main Cities Changed Forever Or Can we get our Country back to how we all remembered Great Britain, before we became overrun with Immigrants

U.K. Immigration Chaos

The Changing Face of Britain

Is our Capital City of London even British anymore?

Is London the heart of the U.K. or is it a City drifting away from its identity?

Is the same fate befalling all our inner Cities?

Immigration is at an all-time high of 1 in 12 Illegal Migrants.

? is Britain losing control of its borders

London no longer represents Britain as a whole 60% of the Population born outside of the U.K. Immigration has transformed the City into a Global Hub.

Integration?

Or is London becoming disconnected from the rest of the UK?

Are there No Go Zones in Our Big Cities? e.g Birmingham

Weak Border Control

Who is really in charge?

Illegal Crossings have surged and are getting more frequent.

What started as a trickle in 2018 is steadily increasing to a flood in 2025.

We don't know who is coming across in these boats and with the Crime rate increasing with violent crimes such as Murder, Rape and knife attacks our, streets are becoming unsafe for the British Public...

There could also be migrants coming across linked to criminal networks which raises serious concerns about our Border Security and the Government's ability to maintain law and order especially since our Police Force is underfunded and understaffed due to cutbacks.

There are also reports suggesting that some illegal migrants have ties to intelligence agencies so as a Country we can't afford to be too lenient.

They NEED to create their own civilized culture .You need them to not destroy yours!

no matter what race or religion if they are here illegally - deport . and definetly with a criminal history.

Government Crackdown What Next For Migrants

The U.K. Government has vowed to tighten immigration policies but will it be enough?

  • Deportations

  • Stricter Visa Rules

  • Mass Arrests are on the Horizon

Those in violation of Immigration laws may soon face enforcement actions.

Immigration Crisis our Government needs to take back FULL control or the U.K. will be in the midst of a long-term immigration disaster.

Starmer & Labour should resign and call an election! If they can't follow through and remove-

All Illegal Immigrants In The U.K. who have come across in the last few years, and, should continue to be removed till the Country is Free of Illegal Immigrants.

Then we should start to REBUILD Great Britain and refurbish all our stock of empty homes and house our Legal Citizens!

In the future, we should only have those in Britain who value our Country, Customs and Values!

We should not be told how we should run our Country and we should make laws which serve Great Britain and its Legal Citizens.

Will This Tougher Stance on Illegal Immigration reverse the Impact that Illegal Immigration has made on The U.K. and its legal Citizens in Every Way?

In 2025, UK passports will be biometric and blue
In 2025, UK passports will be biometric and blue

UK Passports in 2025

The new British passport in 2025 is blue with gold embossing and a symbolic design on the back cover. The back cover features the floral emblems of the UK countries: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

New passports are blue and biometric making it easier at border control to go through the gates.

However, if you’re travelling with a child you won’t be able to do this.

The EU emblem has gone, the embedded chip contains more information than ever, and advanced anti-forgery methods like holograms, micro printing, and potentially more sophisticated RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chips to prevent counterfeiting and identity theft are integrated.

Once the Entry/Exit System (EES) comes into play, passports will no longer need to be manually stamped as there will be a digital record instead.

Visas for the EU for British passports

Right now you do not need a visa to travel to the EU but that will change in 2025.

Once launched, British travellers will need a visa waiver to visit most EU countries.

Known as the European Travel Information and Authorisation Scheme (ETIAS), this means UK passport-holders will have to pay a fee of €7 (£6) for an electronic travel authorisation to get on the database. You can find out more on the ETIAS website

It’s like the ESTA or the US, and will usually be issued in minutes. There will be a six-month grace period when it finally comes in but be prepared for delays at the airport when it is introduced.

Time at passport checks

If you haven’t travelled for a while you might be surprised when you reach your destination to be ushered into the non-EU queue and have to wait longer.

There is also a worry that once the EES comes in, smaller airports across the EU won’t be able to cope with the EES registration, which could cause delays too.

A UK senior transport industry source suggested these seasonal airports may lack ‘sufficient manpower’.

Passport rules for 2025

It can be difficult to keep up with the latest travel rules, especially with many travellers still carrying the travel anxiety of COVID times, but don’t let this stop you from exploring.

Know the rules, check your dates, and use that knowledge to relax into your holiday.

I think the British Government should be as tough as Australia who are making headlines with a major Immigration Crackdown. Enforcing strict policies on unlawful migrants and stepping up mass deportation efforts.

If you are in Australia or planning to move there in the near future this Australian Visa Update is something you shouldn't miss.

The Australian Government is tightening its grip on illegal immigration with tougher enforcement of their Australian Immigration Laws and a push for quicker Visa Cancellations.

The authorities are ramping up efforts to remove individuals who no longer hold Valid Visa's.

  • This means that if your visa has expired, or been revoked or if you entered the country unlawfully you could face deportation.

  • Under the latest measures those refusing to co-operate with removal could even face Prison Time.

With these New Rules in place, Migrant Deportation 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most intense enforcement years yet!

The government is also focusing on Australian Border Control

  • Aiming to prevent further illegal entries

  • And swiftly remove those who fail to meet the Visa Requirements in 2025.

The updated policies will allow for deportation to third countries, this is sparking debates over the fairness and human rights implications of these changes, as discussions around Australian immigration policy heat up, human rights groups and legal experts are questioning whether these harsh measures strike the right balance between security and compassion.

For anyone affected by Visa changes it's crucial to stay informed, whether you are a visa holder, an employer or someone planning to migrate, knowing the latest immigration details could make all the difference in any Country.

The new laws are already impacting thousands and as the Governments push forward with a strict stance, more mass deportation news is expected in the coming months.

But the Human Rights of those who were born in countries are suffering because of Mass Illegal Immigration with the rise in crime the cost of housing and paying for their upkeep and also the effect that Migrants are having on communities in the Towns, Cities... of the Countries that the Illegal Migrants are moving to. This needs to be dealt with now by removing all Illegal Immigrants back to their Countries of Origin and bringing a sense of peace to the legal citizens of the countries who have been suffering through this TSUNAMI OF THE PAST FEW YEARS ESPECIALLY!

The Legal Citizens' Welfare should be the first priority of any government they should have a voice as they are the people who paid into the system and they are now suffering because of the sudden influx of Illegal Migrants coming into their Country. All Migrants who came into any Country illegally should be removed and sent back with their families to their country of origin. They should also not be paid any money to go back as they came to the Country without permission, if anything it is the illegal migrants who should be paying for the cost of their stay in the UK. Any legal Migrants should have to self-fund themselves and have a legally contracted paid job arranged before they come to the Country.
